Day 57: Meat Muffins

February 26
Chris and Vicki made dinner tonight.  They decided to use the muffin tin to make individual meat loaves, instead of one big one, and we giggled all through dinner asking each other to "please pass the meat muffins."

    Is that the meatloaf recipe from the 30 minute cookbook? That recipe is heaven!
