Out of the blue last month Ellie asked me if she could get her hair cut and donate it to "that place that makes wigs for kids who don't have hair." My friend Erica did the honors, and Ellie can't wait to mail her ponytail to Locks of Love. After she brings it to school for show and tell, of course. I'm so proud of her for wanting to help other kids!
I LOVE that she wanted to donate her hair. You are right she does look older. Your friend did a fantastic job!
