Uh... lots of that 23% were probably too busy smoking pot to take the poll. What is the motivation behind this sign? It almost sounds like they're advertising that not enough kids are smoking pot. Good grief.
Exactly what I was thinking. And how many of the 77% who supposedly don't smoke pot were lying when they took the poll? Couldn't they have found something else to cheer about? There has to be something good about Marshall High apart from the fact that some of their students don't smoke pot.
