The saw was very loud and, even though the nurse demonstrated how it couldn't cut her skin, it really freaked Vicki out. But the cast is off and the arm is better, and we fervently hope that no one else in this family ever breaks any bones!
Holy cow--a saw?! I would be scared, too!

ReplyDeleteYeah, Ellie didn't like the noise. Vicki was so freaked out she was shaking by the time the cast was off, even though she knew it wouldn't actually cut her. She said it vibrated a lot and felt really strange, and I guess she just didn't handle that well.
